And none of these devices provide ANY audio to either my headphones or monitor speakers. The issue I have is that when checking the Virtual Desktop's Audio settings in Windows, The ONLY audio devices that it detects are four of the exact same devices, all named: "Speakers (Citrix HDX Audio)". Regardless, the problem seems to occurr whether I have this plugin installed or not. For my previous role, I used to have to also run Citrix HDX RealTime Media Engine for Microsoft Skype for Business, but since my new role, this is no longer required. I'm an end user, and my organisation uses Citrix Workspace in order to connect to desktopanywhere to enable us to work from home. I have been waiting for my company's IT department to try and fix this issue, but it's been over a week now, and not one of these morons seems to have any idea what the problem is, or can even be bothered trying to solve it, as I never hear anything back from them, or when I do, their "solution" is always the same: turn it on and off, uninstall/reinstall, unplug/plug back in, etc. I am at a complete loss as to why this is happening.
